Shipping Policy

Where we ship

VYRN currently ships within the United States. Orders are typically delivered to residential or business addresses; delivery to P.O. boxes may be limited by carrier rules in certain areas.

To minimize our footprint, orders may be fulfilled from different partner facilities best equipped to craft your specific items, which can occasionally result in split shipments.

Made-to-order production & timing

Each VYRN piece is made to order just for you. This deliberate approach helps cut down on textile waste and better protect the natural places we all explore.

  • Most orders arrive within 7–10 business days from the date your order is placed.

  • It typically takes 2–5 business days to craft your items, followed by approximately 3–5 business days in transit.

  • During periods of high order volume or peak holidays, production and delivery may require a few extra days. If we anticipate significant delays, we’ll do our best to keep you updated.

All timelines are estimates and can be affected by carrier performance, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Carbon-neutral shipping options & rates

All VYRN shipments are sent via standard, carbon-neutral shipping. We primarily partner with USPS and DHL, with occasional additional carriers for orders fulfilled from facilities outside the United States.

Shipping rates are flat and based on your order total:

  • Orders from $0.00–$40.00: $5.00 (Carbon-Neutral Shipping, 7–10 business days)

  • Orders from $40.01–$70.00: $8.00 (Carbon-Neutral Shipping, 7–10 business days)

  • Orders from $70.01–$98.99: $10.00 (Carbon-Neutral Shipping, 7–10 business days)

  • Orders of $99.00 and up: Free Carbon-Neutral Shipping (7–10 business days)

Your exact rate will be displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking your Journey

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your gear leaves the facility. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear once the carrier receives the package. You can also monitor your progress by clicking "Track your Journey" in our website footer or by logging into your account here.

Damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with the wrong item or size compared to what you ordered, we will make it right.

  • You must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Email team@shopvyrn.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and the packing slip.

  • Once we review and confirm the problem, we will replace the item at no cost to you, or offer a refund if a replacement is not possible.

Lost packages and delays

If tracking shows your package as significantly delayed or lost in transit, reach out to us and we’ll investigate with the carrier. When a package is confirmed lost or damaged in transit, we will reship your order at no cost to you.

Please note that carrier or weather-related delays, busy-season slowdowns, and other events outside our control may extend delivery times beyond the 7–10 business day estimate.

Wrong address, undeliverable, or unclaimed packages

Accuracy is part of the journey. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, unclaimed, or due to an address error provided by the customer, we’re happy to reship it once the correct address is confirmed.

  • Additional shipping and processing charges will apply for reshipment in these cases.

  • If you prefer not to have the order reshipped, we will review options case-by-case based on the condition of the returned items and our ability to restock them.

If the address error was made by us or by our fulfillment partner, we’ll cover the cost to correct and reship your order.

Changes or cancellations

Because items are made to order, changes and cancellations are time-sensitive.

  • If you need to update your shipping address or adjust your order, contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

  • Once production has started, we may not be able to modify or cancel the order, but we’ll always do our best to help.
