Shipping Policy
Where do you ship?
VYRN currently ships across the United States and to select international destinations available at checkout. To minimize our footprint, orders are fulfilled from the facility best equipped to handle your specific items, which may occasionally result in split shipments.
How long does shipping take?
Venture your resilient nature—at a deliberate pace. Because we are committed to reducing textile waste, we do not maintain “fast fashion” inventory. Every single piece is made-to-order specifically for you.
- Production & Delivery: Most orders arrive within 7–10 business days.
- The Process: It typically takes 2–5 business days to craft your items, followed by 3–5 days in transit.
Edge Cases: High-volume orders (such as multiple hoodies) or specialty items may occasionally require a few extra days of craft.
Track your Journey
Accuracy is part of the journey. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your gear leaves the facility. You can also monitor your progress by clicking "Track your Journey" in our website footer or by logging into your account here.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer tiered, carbon-neutral shipping rates based on the weight of your gear to ensure the most efficient delivery possible. Your final rate—and any available free shipping milestones—will be calculated clearly at checkout.
Customs, duties, and taxes
For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your local regulations to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
Wrong address or unclaimed package
If an incorrect address is provided or a package is returned as unclaimed, we can reship your order to a corrected address. Please note that additional shipping charges will apply for reshipment.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
Every Vyrn piece is made to order, so we don’t carry bulk inventory to reduce textile waste. Our policy is designed to be fair while keeping waste and costs low.
Damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with the wrong item compared to what you ordered, we will make it right immediately.
- Do not return the item yet. To save carbon emissions, we often don't require damaged goods to be shipped back.
- Email us within 7 days at team@shopvyrn.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- Once we review the photos, we will send a replacement at no cost to you.
Size and fit exchanges
Because each item is made to order, we do not accept general returns for refunds due to size or change of mind. However, we do offer a one-time size exchange on most apparel if the fit isn't right.
- How to start: Click "Track your Journey" in our website footer and select the order you wish to exchange, or log into your account here to initiate the process.
- Timeline: You must request the exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition.
- Shipping Cost: You are responsible for shipping the original item back to us.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will automatically place a new order for your requested size and ship it to you.
What is not eligible for return or exchange
To keep prices fair and waste low, we cannot accept:
- Returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse (you decide you don’t like the color, design, or prefer a different product).
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Exchanges for a different design, color, or product (exchanges are for the same item, different size only).
- Orders where an incorrect address was provided or the package was unclaimed.
