Returns & Exchanges Policy
Every Vyrn piece is made to order, so we don’t carry bulk inventory to reduce textile waste. Our policy is designed to be fair while keeping waste and costs low.
Damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with the wrong item compared to what you ordered, we will make it right immediately.
- Do not return the item yet. To save carbon emissions, we often don't require damaged goods to be shipped back.
- Email us within 30 days at team@shopvyrn.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- Once we review the photos, we will send a replacement at no cost to you.
Size and fit exchanges
Because each item is made to order, we do not accept general returns for refunds due to size or change of mind. However, we do offer a one-time size exchange on most apparel if the fit isn't right.
- How to start: Go to the footer of our website and click "Order Status & Returns" (or log into your account here) to start the process.
- Timeline: You must request the exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition.
- Shipping Cost: You are responsible for shipping the original item back to us.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will automatically place a new order for your requested size and ship it to you.
What is not eligible for return or exchange
To keep prices fair and waste low, we cannot accept:
- Returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse (you decide you don’t like the color, design, or prefer a different product).
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Exchanges for a different design, color, or product (exchanges are for the same item, different size only).
- Orders where an incorrect address was provided or the package was unclaimed. In these cases, we can help you reorder, but new shipping and fulfillment charges will apply.
