How can I track my order?

How long will my order take to arrive?

Most orders arrive within 7–10 business days from the date your order is placed.

  • Crafting: It typically takes 2–5 business days to craft your items.
  • Transit: Followed by approximately 3–5 business days in transit.

Note: During peak holidays, production may require a few extra days.

What is carbon-neutral shipping?
We believe a resilient nature starts with responsible logistics. Every time we ship an order, we calculate the estimated shipping emissions and pay to remove that exact amount of carbon from the atmosphere.
🌏 How we fund the solution Every delivery's carbon footprint is calculated based on weight, distance, and transport method. We then neutralize these emissions by funding cutting-edge carbon removal companies, including:
  • Direct Air Capture: Pulling CO₂ directly out of the sky.
  • Bio Oil: Locking away carbon in stable, liquid form.
  • Mineralization: Turning CO₂ into stone.
How much does shipping cost?
All shipments are sent via standard, carbon-neutral shipping. Rates are flat based on your order total:
  • Orders from $0.00–$40.00: $5.00
  • Orders from $40.01–$70.00: $8.00
  • Orders from $70.01–$98.99: $10.00
  • Orders of $99.00 and up: Free Carbon-Neutral Shipping
What is your return and exchange policy?
Because each item is made to order, we do not accept general returns for refunds. However, we do offer:
  • Immediate replacements for damaged or misprinted items (reported within 7 days).
  • A one-time size exchange on most apparel.
