VYRN Launch Sweepstakes – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility

The VYRN Launch Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of VYRN ("Sponsor") and its affiliates, as well as the immediate family and household members of each such employee, are not eligible.

2. Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by VYRN, 416 Harding Lane, Corbin City, NJ 08270.

3. Agreement to Official Rules

Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.

4. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on [Insert Start Date], at [Insert Start Time] and ends on April 30th, 2026 at 11:59 PM [Insert Time Zone] (the "Sweepstakes Period").

5. How to Enter

There are three (3) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

• Method 1: Instagram Entry (Free). Log into your Instagram account, follow @vyrnapparel, "Like" and "Save" the official Sweepstakes post, and comment your chosen element (Trail, Course, Coast, or Street) while tagging one (1) friend. Each separate comment with a valid tag counts as one (1) base entry. Sharing the post to your Instagram Story and tagging @vyrnapparel counts as one (1) bonus entry.
• Method 2: Purchase Entry. During the Sweepstakes Period, visit the VYRN website (shopvyrn.com) and make a qualifying purchase. Entrants will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry for every $10.00 USD spent (excluding tax and shipping). Returns or canceled orders will result in the corresponding entries being voided.
• Method 3: Mail-In Entry (Free - Alternative Method of Entry). To enter without making a purchase or using Instagram, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, phone number, email address, and date of birth on a 3" x 5" piece of paper and mail it in a standard envelope with proper postage to: VYRN Launch Sweepstakes Entry, VYRN 416 Harding Lane, Corbin City, NJ 08270. Each mail-in entry counts as one (1) entry. Limit one entry per envelope. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by April 30, 2026, and received by May 5, 2026.

6. Prizes and Approximate Retail Values (ARV)

Four (4) total winners will be randomly selected. There will be one (1) winner for each of the following bundles:

• The Trail Bundle (ARV $190.00): Includes one (1) VYRN apparel item of winner's choice, one (1) Green Guru 24L Commuter Roll-Top Backpack, and one (1) All Good Balm.
• The Course Bundle (ARV $100.00): Includes one (1) VYRN apparel item of winner's choice, one (1) Trash Panda Disc Golf Set, and one (1) DiscDot Target Aid.
• The Coast Bundle (ARV $138.00): Includes one (1) VYRN apparel item of winner's choice, one (1) Señor Lopez Baja Blanket, and one (1) Surf Wax Pack.
• The Street Bundle (ARV $144.00): Includes one (1) VYRN apparel item of winner's choice, one (1) Green Guru Gear Cruiser Cooler 6L Handlebar Bag, and one (1) Lucid Grip Tape Set.

Total ARV of all prizes is $572.00. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

On or about May 6th, 2026, the Sponsor will select four (4) potential winners in a random drawing of all valid entries received. The potential winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message or the email address provided at checkout/mail-in. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within forty-eight (48) hours, or fails to claim the prize, the Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from the remaining non-winning, eligible entries.

8. General Conditions

In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way for any reason, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either (a) suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules or (b) award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes.

9. Release and Limitations of Liability

By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Instagram, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, other companies associated with the Sweepstakes, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of the prize.
